Core SERVICES

UX Maturity Assessment
Assess organizational UX capability and readiness for change to define a clear path for improving UX effectiveness.
The UX Maturity Assessment evaluates organizational UX capability across people, processes, and design outcomes using the proprietary UX Evolution Scale™ and a change-readiness lens based on ADKAR. It clarifies where the organization stands, where it needs to evolve, and what level of effort and capability will make change stick.
This ensures recommendations are not only aspirational but achievable.
What This Assessment Answers
-
Where does your organization currently sit on the UX maturity spectrum?
-
What does “the next level” of UX maturity look like for your organization?
-
Which investments will have the highest impact given your culture, structure, and readiness for change?
What’s Included
-
Assessment of UX knowledge, staffing, workflows, and deliverable quality
-
UX maturity score mapped to the UX Evolution Scale™
(Unrecognized → Ad Hoc → Considered → Managed → Integrated → UX-Driven) -
Change-readiness lens to calibrate recommendations
-
A prioritized, practical roadmap for evolving UX maturity
Outcome
A shared, objective understanding of your current UX capability and a clear, realistic plan for leveling it up.

Product UX Benchmark
Benchmark user experience using end-user sentiment to produce a trackable UX score that guides product investment over time.
The Product UX Benchmark quantifies user experience through end-user sentiment scores across Ease, Usefulness, and Delight, resulting in a single UX GPA™ that product and business leaders can track over time. It reveals alignment (or misalignment) between internal perceptions and real user sentiment and highlights where to invest in future releases.
User Sentiment → Category Scores → UX GPA™
This service is especially valuable for:
-
Tracking UX improvement across releases
-
Comparing internal perception to real user sentiment
-
Informing roadmap and investment decisions
How UX GPA™ Is Calculated
End users rate a standardized set of UX sentiment statements on a 1–5 scale. Statements are grouped into three core UX categories—Ease of Use, Usefulness, and Delight. Each category score is calculated by averaging its associated sentiment ratings, including an advocacy (NPS-style) question within Delight. The three category scores are then averaged to produce a single, trackable UX GPA™, designed to be compared release to release and used to guide product investment decisions.
Why not just NPS?
NPS is a useful indicator of user advocacy, but on its own it doesn’t explain why sentiment changes or where teams should invest next. UX GPA™ incorporates an NPS-style advocacy question within a broader model that also measures Ease of Use and Usefulness. By combining these dimensions into a single, trackable score, UX GPA™ provides clearer insight into what’s driving user sentiment and how the experience is improving over time—making it more actionable for product and business decisions.
Internal product leaders can optionally complete the same survey, enabling a direct comparison between internal belief and external reality.
What’s Included
-
End-user UX benchmarking
Structured assessment with active users to evaluate the product experience.
-
Overall UX GPA™
A single numeric score summarizing the user’s relationship with the product.
-
Category scores
Ease of Use, Usefulness, and Delight.
-
Optional internal vs. user comparison
-
Executive-ready summary and PM-ready insights
The first Product UX Benchmark is conducted by ElevateUX to establish a calibrated baseline. Teams can then use the UX GPA™ framework to run subsequent benchmarks independently, with the option for periodic expert review, recalibration, or deeper analysis as needed.
Outcome
A clear, comparable signal of UX quality usable by executives to track progress from release to release and by product teams to decide where to invest next.
